Cancellation Policy.

We value our clients' time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness to both our clients and practitioners, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We Understand Life Happens:
We know that unexpected situations can arise. If something comes up last minute, please let us know as soon as possible—we’re happy to work with you whenever possible. Your communication helps us accommodate other clients and maintain efficient scheduling.
