Under-Eye Hollowing & Wrinkles
The under-eye area is one of the most delicate regions of the face and is often one of the first areas to show signs of aging. Hollowing, fine lines, creasing, and changes in skin quality can be influenced by genetics, collagen loss, volume shifts, and thinning of the skin over time.
At Sydclinic, under-eye concerns are approached with particular care and precision. Treatment planning prioritizes skin health, structural support, and gradual improvement, with a strong emphasis on safety and anatomy. Recommendations are individualized and based on a thorough assessment of the under-eye area, surrounding structures, and overall facial balance.
-
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) injections use components derived from your own blood to support skin quality and tissue regeneration. At Sydclinic, PRF for the under-eye area is performed using an advanced protocol and a Health Canada–approved system, with careful technique tailored to the delicate anatomy of this region.
PRF may be recommended to support skin quality, fine lines, and early hollowing, and is typically approached as part of a gradual, regenerative treatment plan rather than a single-session solution.
-
Microneedling combined with PRF can support collagen production and improve skin texture in the under-eye area. This approach focuses on enhancing skin quality and firmness over time and may be recommended alone or alongside injectable PRF, depending on individual needs and skin characteristics.
-
Targeted, medical-grade skincare plays an important role in supporting under-eye skin health. Products containing growth factors and advanced formulations may be recommended to help improve skin firmness, texture, and overall quality.
When appropriate, growth factor–based eye products (such as Vivier GrenzCine® Eye) may be incorporated into a comprehensive treatment plan to support and maintain in-clinic results.
-
In select cases, dermal filler may be used in the cheek or midface region to provide structural support that indirectly improves the appearance of the under-eye area. Direct under-eye filler is not routinely recommended for all patients and is considered only when appropriate following assessment.
This approach focuses on supporting facial structure and balance rather than placing volume directly into the under-eye region.
